Code Gen
Describe what you want in plain language and AI writes the Python for it. It can read up to 8 input tables, and you can review the code it wrote.
Also known as: Python tool, custom script
How it works
Wire up to 8 inputs, type what the step should do in the prompt box and press Generate. Before any paid call the app checks whether built-in nodes already cover the prompt; a banner then offers to insert them instead, or Generate anyway. The AI service returns Python that reads the inputs as input_0 to input_7 and returns the result; it appears in the Code tab, where you can read and edit it before it runs. After a run the panel shows the input and output shapes, the columns added or dropped, and a warning when something looks off. The node has nothing to run until it has code, and the prompt must be filled in before Generate is enabled. The Save as custom node button in the panel header saves the code to your library under a name, where it becomes a Custom Node.

Settings
The Attributes panel of Code Gen, as in the app: the controls work, but nothing runs — there is no data behind it.
Example
You need a step no built-in node covers. Wire the orders table into the first input and the FX rates table into the second. Prompt: "Convert amount in input_0 to EUR using the rate in input_1 for the matching currency and date, adding amount_eur." Generate, check the code and the shape summary, then run.
